We offer tennis and raquetball leagues, an extensive selection of weight and cardio machines, a wide variety of group fitness classes and daycare. NCAC also has a ProShop, Energy Bar, Personal Training, and tanning services. We are a full service gym that is sure to meet all your health needs.

Pickleball. Great club and the manager/owner is super friendly and helpful. My wife and I are traveling in our RV and trying to find places that have pickleball. This place popped up on a web search. Went there and did a tour. Went back later that evening and played pickleball with several folks at a variety of levels. It was a great experience. My only slightly negative issue was the cost. It cost my wife and I $30 ($15) to play for a little over an hour. That seems like quite a bit seeing we brought our own equipment and didn't need any lessons. We just wanted to play. On public courts, it's free. I know there's a cost to running a business, but charging this much definitely discourages 1-time drop-ins.

I love coming here! They have so many things to offer my family. They have childcare while I work out and take classes. Staff is very helpful and nice!

The prices are absurd and way too high. Fifty dollars for just using the machines? I can get a better gym for way less money in the Seattle area.
