I had the most amazing experience today. My hot water tank shut down. Called various Service Providers..all I could see is substantial dollars going out of my pocket - money, as a Senior, I didn't have. HOWEVER, I prayerfully called "OLSON PLUMBING & HEATING". The gentleman, who happened to be the Owner (which I found out afterward)... responded with great understanding & courtesy. His Company was so busy with calls (which is always a good sign of their success) that it was difficult to have a technician out right away...but they would do their best. He then proceeded to guide me through step by step - a process that eventually enabled me to relight the pilot light. He made every effort to help me with patient guidance via the Cell Phone to see if the situation could be remedied & not have to result in a service call unless absolutely necessary - which he was prepared to do as soon as a technician was available. I am totally grateful for the assistance I received today. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CALLING "OLSON PLUMBING & HEATING" IF YOU REQUIRE RELIABLE, COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

They sent out Evan to diagnose our hot water tank. He was incredibly friendly and knew his stuff very well. Super knowledgeable and I enjoyed discussing the ins and outs of everything with him. He appeared to genuinely care and determined to correct any issues. Thanks, Evan!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They didn't even mention their super high diagnostic fee before sending their man to our house. Then, they charged us what we found out was about double the normal rate for simple faucet and drain replacements. They were also very rude and unprofessional when we called to ask about their high rates after the job.
