Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This is a nice clean standard, Olive Garden. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was timely. I will go again if I am in the area.

Quality of service from the server was much to be desired. Dropped a hot plate of pizza on my grandson's hand, charged for a salad because we split the meal even though we didn't want it and put a glob of butter n the bread sticks. This type of service would not be tolerated in the USA franchise. Felt rushed and obligated to pay for something we didn't want.

Went here with the family for dinner, in the bowl of minestrone soup I had ordered for the appetizer, there was a large piece of cardboard. After pulling it out of my mouth, I unfolded it and realized what it was. We notified our waitress she was great, the 4 stars are all for her. She got the manager who came over and said he knew it was from the wine box and walked away. He seemed very inexperienced and his customer service was not up to par. The food otherwise was average and service was slow. Unlikely to return again.

Daniel was our waiter for a picky table of 8. We are quite demanding with our food. He did a phenomenal Job serving us all.nnI am impressed with his attentiveness and speed. Definitely one of the best servers I've encountered at an olive garden franchise... hats off to Daniel.nnGive this man a raise.
