Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Terrible service. Took 15 minutes to just get a server to ask what we wanted to drink. Then another 10 minutes to get our drinks which ended being the wrong drinks. People who get seated after us got there soup and salad before long before we got ours. Once we got the food (thankfully tasted good) it seemed like it might get better. However, asking for a refill on a soda to never get it but to get the bill 15 minutes later. It wasn't a busy time of day. And there was only one other table in the servers section. Won't be going back again.

Took forever to even get drinks. Asked for a new drink waited another 15 minutes before server even came back so i could remind her she forgot my drink. Chicken from tour of italy was left in grease too long it soaked up in the breading. Alfredo noodles are bland. And the lasagna was served up in an ugly blob shape. It also had no flavor. I make better lasagna. Terrible food and terrible service.

I did not like the back room we sat in. The bar area was dirty and not inviting at all. The wait time wasn't bad and the server was very nice and attentive. I was not impressed with the food at all. My spaghetti was ok for taste. The tour of Italy my daughter had was overcooked on the lasagna, not enough sauce on the fettuccine but the chicken was good.

Because I am a veteran,I chose to go to the Olive Garden on Veterans Day. They advertised a free meal to all veterans,on this day. I have to say,that I had an excellent meal. There were no short cuts to my meal,unlike other restaurants I have tried in the past for Veterans Day. I would highly recommend the Olive Garden to any one.

Good food, service was very slow. Had to ask for water refills. Used plates not cleared away. Had to wait for the check. Not the normal Olive Garden service.
