Olive Garden Restaurant! This restaurant located in Mankato, Minnesota is a great place for some Italian Cuisine. They serve a huge variety of Pastas . A beautiful ambiance and some very good service. Highly recommended and a must try.
Enjoyed the all you can eat soup, salad, and breadsticks. Always great! Always super fast. We had excellent service from a very friendly and efficient waitress named Cindy. She was top notch! Can’t go wrong with Olive Garden.
Very delicious birthday dinner soup and breadsticks with cake for dessert The only problem was that we made reservations 3 days ahead for 2 for a birthday. When we got there we were told we need to wait 10-20 minutes because a party of 23 called and said they were coming in that evening. I'm sorry but that isn't our problem and we called 3 days ahead to reserve a spot for two; as well as double checked the day of the reservation 5 hours prior to the reservation given the other guest is in cancer remission, so we wanted reservation confirmed and that we had a low traffic table. That was not communicated or noted anywhere and when asking again for that accommodation explaining why the waitress scoffed and rolled her eyes. I felt blamed, like it was our job to create space for the other party, like asking for a safe place to eat for the birthday guest was too hard, and like we were a problem. I haven't experienced that before. Being in the service industry myself, I found this very rude to not apologize on their behalf, be courteous or kind, take ownership, or say we will gladly get you seated immediately without disclosing details like a party of 23 that called that day had priority over a birthday reservation for 2 with a cancer patient being one of the guests making it 3 days prior. No thanks.
Our waiter was working hard for that tip, but at the same time we barely got to taste our salads and the entrée came out. We were offered refills late in the meal, and were just about done when they arrived. Food was great. The desserts are amazing and often overlooked when you are so stuffed with pasta. Get a dessert to take home, you won't regret it!!
This is the nicest Olive Garden I have ever been to! Excellent staff. I was dining alone as I was waiting for a friend to finish chemo and you couldn't stay with them. But I felt welcomed, and they celebrated my birthday for me to!Food: 5/5
Just had lunch here today. Head chef came by several times to check and see how we were enjoying our food. Just floored by the service we got, very attentive. Shrimp scampi with asparagus was amazing.
We were celebrating our anniversary and have always been seated at a normal size table or booth before. This time we were seated at a table that was meant for one or possibly 2 teenagers. There were plenty of normal size tables available. I maybe should have requested a different one but I'm a bit shy.Food: 5/5
Best waiter service I've had, at any restaurant, since I can remember! If anyone actually reads this, give that Grayson guy a raise. Food was good. Ordered the salmon, which was delicious but would have preferred a bigger filet, even at greater cost. Overall enjoyable experience topped off with a free dessert presented to my brother as a birthday treat!

Wonderful! My husband and I had the never ending soup,salad,breadsticks-we tried all 4 soups,all delicious, our server checked with us frequently so we were well taken care of,will definitely come back!Food: 5/5
