ordered through Door dash ...E&G never called to say what I ordered wasn't available instead my dasher had to text me and wait even longer because of E&G not the first time but it will be the last sick of the at madison ave store messing up every order i doFood: 4/5

Love this food shop. Staff was great funny also, and its clean, plus the food is great. Try the Beer Cheese Soup with a Normer.

Ordered through door dash a combo meal, and didn't get chips or pop. Contacted door dash, no refund. Store can't do anything as need to go through door dash. Canceled Door Dash account. The store got my order wrong or the driver kept my missing food. $14.36 for a sandwich..WOW.

We waited for over 15 minutes after ordering. The guy who was making our order left cuz we saw him leave. Then the gal came and asked if we had sandwiches that we never ordered. She couldn't find our order. I don't think the original guy relayed the information about our order. A little frustrating when you see they had the orders ready for both vehicles behind us and ours is no where to be found.

We live less than 1.5 miles from the location and we are not within the delivery radius. No where on the site does it say what the radious is. They made an exception, and that was great. The food is good but delivery radious is frustrating. Perhaps adding delivery is within a mile of the location only.

The food was really good service was about average nothing really stood out. They did like how at least the soup wasn't all gross and overcooked.

I just have to say how thank fun I am for the employees tonight! I came in right before closing and I mean like 4 min before closing I had just got off work. I came in and they greeted me with a smile and were so so helpful!! they were truly amazing it was 2 younger boys. thank you for making my night guys and for being so helpful and not annoyed 3 min before close

Love the food... Only if you get the correct sandwich through the drive though. They messed up my order on all fronts thought I got someone else's but actually the kid just didn't care. I wanted a new meal, didn't eat the old one. He took down my name and from there it was HELL trying to get the meal I actually overpaid for. The worker was a professional liar before a sandwich artist. He did not communicate with his boss correctly, his boss did not contact me. It took roughly 3 weeks to get the whole meal I actually ordered. Sad times for my favorite sandwich spot!
