OLG Slots at Woodbine Racetrack

Of all OLG locations, the dining area at Mohawk is in my opinion the worst one. Over the past year, we have eaten at least 5 times for dinner and each time there was a problem. Food was cold. Veggies were either over cooked or under cooked. Sometimes no veggies at all. Over priced for what you get. Other people must feel the same way. Dinner hours are never busy.

Slots and horse racing not far from Toronto. Free outdoor parking with a shuttle from the lot to the casino for anyone who doesn't want to walk. TTC (bus) comes right near the front door of the venue. The venue is a bit older. The lower cost slot machines are often very busy and it can be difficult at peak times, like Saturday night, to get two machines side by side if coming with friends and hoping to sit together. They offer different food options from fast food, to sit down, to buffet. The buffet is somewhat smaller than most casino's so check out what they are offering that day before you commit.

The casino has lost its way. What a total dump it has become. Most of the slot machines are all old, grungy looking, dirty and sticky. Buttons don't function properly on many. The machines are also stacked like sardines throughout the facility with no sense of order or visual appeal in terms of being a welcoming place to chill and enjoy for a few hours. There is no sense of order or direction with the spacing of machines and walkways. Eveything seems crammed and bursting at the seams with no sense of direction or space. Classless and dingy sum it all up. When this place first opened up many years ago it was awesome, fun, exciting and alive. Sadly it has deteriorated tremendously in terms of appeal and aesthetics. Will not go back.

This place would be perfect if they had blackjack tables. Otherwise you win some you lose some. Had a couple hand payouts so it’s by far my fave OLG spot to gamble
