OLG Slots and Casinos Head Office

I was assisted by Randy the CSR in respect to an old uncashed cheque I received for winnings back in 2017. I initially called a month ago because I found the cheque that I thought I had lost and called to see if anything can be done about it to have it reissued. The CSR at that time was also fantastic at her job but I failed to ask her name. Although I'm still waiting for a response I had a fantastic experience with Randy. Randy was super knowledgeable and efficient. He was professional and friendly beyond expectations. If everyone had Randy's customer service skills there would be far more happier people in this world. Randy definitely needs acknowledgement for a job really, really, really well done, and a hefty raise for being a fabulous CSR. Hopefully I'll be reissued the cheque which will make me even happier!

Such a rip off. Extremely disappointed in the amount of losses with tickets. OLG shame on you! Spent 12 dollars on 4 tickets and not a single win. OLG you know you're robbing people, SHAME!

I deposited 8,700 dollars into my account and then I raised the money to 63,500 dollars but they closed my account and said they will have the documents approved and it's been 1 month and the documents are still pending approval. I called and sent emails many times but they say we don't know, the documents are under control. I have never seen such fraud and if they do not pay after a while I will take them to court.

Don't do the olg online I set up an account to purchase my tickets online, now I can't withdraw my winnings because they won't accept my documents that I submitted for my banking, I requested my olg account be closed and because I can't get the banking set up to withdraw my winnings Iwas basically told to forfeit the money

I've been trying for months to get online with OLG. I have money in the account. Trying to get a hold of someone in a timely manner is next to impossible. I finally had 10 minutes to have an online chat. Because I haven't been able to login to my account they closed the account. Not through lack of trying to login. The stupid website has had this problem for years! It thinks I'm not in Ontario, when every website I go to can tell I'm in Ontario. SHAME SHAME on OLG.
