How can a clothing store justify not having any mirrors on the floor? Not even in the outerwear section. They directed me to the fitting room all the way at the back of the store to try on a coat. And there, there was only one mirror that everyone was already crowed around. I brought my concern to an empolyee who told me that they removed them because too many people were leaving the clothing around the mirrors, so this way they coustomes leave them at the fitting room.. So they remove the mirrors to help the lazy employees.. Not the clients. Yes some clients might not be courtious and put things back in their place, but in their defenece, they are shopping, not getting paid, and plus they dont put the things back the proper way anyways resulting in a mess anyways in an alreayd over crowded store. So hoe is it better to move items from all the way back from the fitting toom at the end of the day. Rather than have the employee already in that section take the items back to their shelves or hangers? No mirrors, I shop elsewhere.

The music was so loud! It was hard to shop. I had a headache after few minutes. I asked an employee why the music was so loud and she told me it was the store policy. I'll never go there again.

All old navy stores are awesome! Jeans are still my favorite here. T-shirts and seasonal clothing are always my first place to shop and same quality or better of bigger and fancy shopping boutiques... the Down town Montreal store is my favorite one. Hehehe! i could loose track of time in that one and then go to the ground floor of the Eaton centre and grab a bite to eat after 😊 ...

Great deals, especially during the weekends when they have special promotions on certain types of clothes. They also combine the promotions with the SPC card. Other stores usually don't apply the rebate if the items are already on sale.
