Dale has been our Notary since our first home - and has accompanied us through Wills, Estates, Home Buying, Power of Attorney........anything we can work with Dale on is guaranteed to be a less stressful situation. Dale is a calm presence in all sorts of situations, and is a wonderful resource to have on your team. I have had many dealings with selling and buying real estate. Working with Dale Roberts Notary has been my worst experience ever! The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, faxes didn't go thru, emails bouncing back, Dale not having the time of day for a brief conversation, it was a nightmare. The kicker is when I didn't get my monies on time, all because of their incompetency. I would never use them again!
