Dale is a calm presence in all sorts of situations, and is a wonderful resource to have on your team. I have had many dealings with selling and buying real estate. Working with Dale Roberts Notary has been my worst experience ever! The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, faxes didn't go thru, emails bouncing back, Dale not having the time of day for a brief conversation, it was a nightmare. The kicker is when I didn't get my monies on time, all because of their incompetency. I would never use them again!
