When meeting with Tom things where good. Kind man HOWEVER things took a horrible turn with his assistant when she rudely talked down to me when all I did was follow lawyers instructions to come in. They called to rebook my apt as he was not in the office that specific day.... came in for my appointment thinking I was going to get to talk to Tom and he was running 30 min behind.... got treated rudely again and then was not aloud to be upset about it. Tried telling Tom what happened but he was not interested in hearing my side of the story how she was rude and dismissed me and said he didn't want to deal with me..... EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE UNLESS YOU ARE WEALTHY, IF YOUR MIDDLE CLASS OR UNDERPOVERTY like myself they treat you BAD! unimportant and I will not be using them again!
