If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I’m an Air Force veteran and going through the process of filing for disability. I had an appointment with Dr.Killino in Feb 22 as part of the claim process. It’s been 2 months since the appointment and I get notified that the paperwork was never submitted by the doctor because they had lost it. Now I have to drive 2 hours away to another provider because of their mistake for the same appointment. Their oversight has delayed my claim process by more than 2 months and has further inconvenienced me by requiring me to drive out of state for another provider. Don’t waste your time going to this office. They’re obviously negligent, unreliable, and inadequate.
Does not take credit cards including flex spending credit card from employer. My flex spending account sends me a check that I then have to run over to there dental office. I had a filling that came out after many years. My first visit I got antibiotics because it hurt after antibiotic 2nd visit he repaired. 3rd visit was 1 week later for cleaning. 1 month later my tooth although repaired hurts real bad. I called office and they told me I owed them money and needed antibiotics again. BUT would not call in till paid in full. I had to call insurance company and they did not send out a check. But to get antibiotics had to pay out of my own pocket. When I went to pay in office cash. Dentist did not care to see me. He saw me and asked hows it going I said painful. He did not care. Never going back.
Dr. Killino and his secretary were very helpful to me, it had been a long time since my last dental visit.
