Great vibes! Nice and clean. We have been customers for over a decade. The items are on the pricier end but the quality of their desserts make up for it. We would buy ice creams and or their candies every time we visit downtown Unionville. Bought their ice cream cakes many times and we line them. Will definitely come back again soon!
I’ve been told this place has the most amazing ice creams and chocolates. I was really excited to try it out yesterday. However, I will not go back! The staff were rude and made this experience horrible. No patience, answering in a really rude way! They can’t only rely on their good quality and they should consider improving their customer service, adding additional staff can help at busy times… Paid: $9.03 for a cone ice cream! Overpriced and not worths it at all!!!!
Went here for the hot chocolate after seeing a few reviews that it was great but I was disappointed. Ordered the original and the tall dark and handsome and both were lukewarm and did not have chocolate shavings on top. I was expecting hot chocolate that is close to Lindt standards but it was nowhere close. I have been before and tried their ice cream which is alright. Will not be returning for hot chocolate.
This was my favourite stop in Unionville. They have a wide assortment of chocolate, candy and ice-cream. The maple flavoured ice-cream was my favourite. Definitely worth a stop.
Edit: I had initially reviewed this place and left a low review because I was disappointed with some chocolate covered strawberries I bought. The manager Kimberly got in touch with me immediately. She replaced them, no questions asked with a fresh box and was SO pleasant and kind and thoughtful in our conversation when I visited to pick up the replacement box. She made it clear that they are committed to providing the best customer service experience possible and appreciated and valued every customer. The Chocolate covered strawberries are long stemmed which is rare to find and the Belgian dark chocolate is as pure as it gets. I'll be back and very much appreciate the quality products and customer service experience.
Fantastic store in an old unique firehouse for sweet treats. A must visit if you are on main street Unionville. Large varieties of pastries, gourmet chocolates, fudge and icecream. The staff and the service were great as well.
Don’t buy any ice cream from the cheating store! I purchased ice cream from the store, the store ice creams sign was 7:99 for double scoop ice creams, but they charged me and my wife $21 instead $18 . I called to manager of the store Kim Murphy and complain about the cheating, but she didn’t care about my call and never follow up the issues. I NEVER DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE STORE BECAUSE OF CHEATING STORE!
At first we thought this place was gimmicky… until we had their mango passion fruit treat. My gawd, incredible flavour. Get some special treats for the people you adore here.
Fantastic location in Unionville by the chill street and plenty of parking in the front. The service is ok. Not bad and not excellent. I tried their OFC mocha and it was great. Really want to try their bombs next time. The ambiance is great with all the cool holiday spirit creations. Will visit this place anytime I'm in Unionville.
My husband and I stopped by to browse the treats and get warm drinks. The cashier was not friendly right from the start. I said I wanted an iced caramel latte, got a hot one. Literally just tasted like warm milk. My husband’s coffee tasted like Tim Hortons yet we paid 11$ and change together. Super overpriced for what we got. I would have understood if it was above average I am an avid fancy coffee shop visitor. The cashier processed me quickly, rudely and acted in a rush, leaving me no time to browse which I made clear I wanted to do. The coffee was filled to the very top with no room for cream, sugar, etc. They would have made more money from me if it was a different experience! Not going back.
