Hidden Gem in Markham!! This has been a regular go-to place when I want to buy cakes that are less ordinary. Their mille crepe cakes are excellent with delicate, always beautiful layers and perfect level of sweetness. Even my mother who has no sweet tooth loves them! Also, this place are fantastic if you are durian lovers ; they have unique and delicious durian pizza and chiffon cakes with generous durian toppings, must try! Owners are extremely friendly and they do take constructive feedback very well. Restaurant seating is clean, spacious and comfy, highly recommended for small gathering with family/friends!
If you are looking for a chill and relaxing place to have snacks, cakes and drinks with family and friends, I highly recommend O-Tea. I would like to rate higher score if I could, very nice owners with nice food, I honestly like their lemon drinks items, the is my favorite, and their bubble tea is really good too, tried their savory dishes today, it was good too. Their baked goods and mille crepe cakes are generally low in sugar and enjoyed by my family and friends. For durian lovers, durian pizza, mille cake and chiffon cakes are must try items.
I just had the best experience here! Not only are the owners super nice and friendly, the food is so good as well! The interior is super open and beautiful, and just a great place to have some desserts. They also sell durian pizza which was seriously delicious !! Lots of durian chunks and cheese. Overall I just love how the desserts and drinks are not too sweet, and it’s so light and fluffy. Highly recommend this spot !!
I came to this place for the first time last night! It's a super low key, humble dessert and tea shop with seats and tables to dine-in. I noticed they had crepe cakes which is what attracted me here. Overall, their crape cakes were yummy. I particularly enjoyed the matcha one though I will say, one slice is a lot for one person! Price wise I think it's at par with other shops. $8.50 and up for a layer crepe cake, depending on the flavour. They had lots of options... Matcha, millie, ube, etc. As a matcha fan, I enjoyed the matcha cake as it wasn't particularly too sweet, but also not super bitter. I didn't enjoy the Millie flavour but I did enjoy the strawberries on top The servers are also very friendly and sweet! They nudge us to take advantage of a buy 2 get 1 free offer without pressurizing, offered us hot water as we dined in, and served everything on a plate. Overall, if you like crepe cakes, check this place out!
Ordered the mango mille crepe cake to go. It was beautifully constructed with distinct layers of crepe and cream. The layers were delicate and soft and not too sweet. I enjoyed it. Will definitely be back to try the other flavors. Also, the staff there were super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Great addition to the Markham area.

The most authentic mango pomelo sago I even had! It’s not too sweet and I can taste the freshness of the ingredients. The owner said most people go there to have the durian pizza. If u r a fan of durian then the pizza is a must try!
Lovely place and the cakes look amazing! They have a durian pizza and it smelled absolutely amazing, my son said instead of pizza sauce they use Durian!
Visited Otea Bakery last week, they have many delicious and unique flavor desserts! Their staffs were very nice and friendly, I feel welcoming when I first visit their store. Their durian pizza is a must try, you won't be disappointed.
Durian pizza and lemon team are very good. Will definitely be back.
