I would give the staff at this clinic a 5 star but the level of professionalism that you receive from the Periodontal Dr. is poor. He referred me to an Orthodontist because he felt that my gums were fine and I should be able to get Orthodontics to correct some of my teeth that have moved. I was already told by a different Orthodontist that my gums were an issue and that is why I went to see a Periodontal specialist to find out why. I had my appointment with the new Orthodontic clinic only to be told by the Orthodontist that she didn't know why my gums had receded and that I would not be candidate for Orthodontics. It felt more like an interrogation than a solution. Of course I was upset and left crying because I felt humiliated. The Orthodontist sent my information and I didn't t even give her my permission for my information to be sent or did I request to have my report read out loud to me in the office by the periodontist. Just adding to the humiliation that I felt. Also, I could not even get a second opinion without him feeling insulated and demanded my information to be sent to him. The sad part of this is that I did ask before I went to a different Periodontist about laser and if it would help but there was no answer. The Hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and she was professional. I take pride in the health of my teeth and I go for regular cleanings several times a year. So it is difficult when you feel you are doing everything possible trying to keep your gums in good health and wanting to find a reason for the gum loss.
Dr. Faigan and his team are great. They are doing a really good job for me.
First time I ever had fun at a dental appointment. Thanks to all the wonderful staff and of course to Dr. Faigan
