Entirety of staff, nurses, and doctors are so friendly! Making the environment feel very relaxing! They made sure I was comfortable at all times before going for my wisdom teeth removal. They walked me through the process and aftercare thoroughly, making me feel even better. I would recommend them to anyone!
All of the staff at Okanagan Oral & Maxillofacial are very good. There was a friendly greeter who checked me in. The waiting area was very comfortable. My appt was right on time. The staff saw that I was having a difficult time with a sore hip and so the office Staff came to me instead for information so I didn't have to walk so far. Dr. White was friendly and efficient. Because of his concern with my mouth ulcers he was able to perform a biopsy today for me. All of the staff who helped were very friendly and informative.
Even though I came for surgery I left with a good feeling because I felt cared for and people went out of their way to sort things out for the financial part of it and were so polite and courteous. Thanks for doing such a great job. It is now two days post surgery and no more pain, thanks to skilled hands of the surgeon.
During my brief appointment, consult, and CT scan, I don't think I've ever experienced more friendly staff—their genuine smiles lit up the office. They were so welcoming and kind. Dr. Bell and his team turned my frown upside down with their caring nature and effort to ease my worries. Highly recommend.
I have been to this office for a bone graft and then implants and I have to say the receptionist that helped me was so friendly and made me feel immediately at ease. The ladies who set me up for the procedure were fun and bright and again made me feel calm and they were just so kind. Doctor White is incredible and very informative Thanks guys! Would 10/10 recommend this office
Dr Bell and the nursing staff were really friendly, kind, and took the time to make me feel at ease. I was sedated, the procedure was quick and easy, and I woke up feeling great. I would highly recommend Dr Bell and his staff.
Obviously we had a 5 star experience with Dr.Naito and team . His reputation in the community has been excellent for the entire duration of his career . And what a kind, compassionate, educated and professional team he leads . My daughter just had her wisdom teeth extracted and mumbled through her gauze as she was smiling “ it was so well done and professional “ . The entire experience was well informed, executed and done with excellence at each step of the process. Caryle was so lovely and you could see her kindness as well as each staff member we encountered shine through onto us making us feel so cared for . Thank you for such a great experience! What an excellent experience! I wasn’t always a fan of getting dental work done, however they were excellent. I went in for a wisdom tooth and root tip extraction and I was put under. Ladies on working the desk were very nice and inviting upon arrival. Once in the chair The two nurses were extremely relaxing and calming in setting me up for the procedure. I woke up after the procedure and felt great well…as good as one can after a surgery. 100% turned around my hesitance for dental work. I hope to never “need” to visit again but won’t be mad if I have to. Thanks y’all
I had so much nervousness over this surgery but my implant is 4 hours old and I feel great. They take such good care of you here and make sure you understand all of it so you can breathe. I would highly recommend this team for any oral surgery ever. Also ask them about their pull up competitions....trust me.
All four of my kids have been to see the oral surgeon and have had wonderful care. The doctors and their staff are truly amazing, kind and calming for their clients! Thanks for the great service and follow up.
