Our boat trailer blew a tire on the way to BC and they were able to get us in that day! They had 3 spares in stock, which we ended up asking them to install! 4 hours later we were back on the road for our camping trip. Couldn't have been happier with the expeditious service! Thank you OK TIRE!
I had a flat tire. I put on the spare and got to OK Tire 15 minutes before closing at 5 pm. They generously agreed to take the car. The tire was repaired, and the car was ready in 20 minutes. They did an expert job. I am so grateful to them for the speedy service at the end of the day. Thank you!
Had a small nail puncture the tire of my rental car. Canadian tire was booked solid for a few days and enterprise didn't have any replacements. Ok tire got me in and out in 30 minutes and back to enjoying our vacation. Great service, thanks again!
I blew out a tire on 742 during a road trip. We limped back to town on a spare with low air and our first stop was oktire. Although they didn’t carry tires for my vehicle as they focus on truck tires the staff was incredible helpful and were eager to give me a little extra air so that I could make it to the next tire shop that did carry my tires. They were the incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for someone who wasn’t even a ‘customer’, if I had business to give them I would do it in heartbeat. Great people and great service
We had a flat tire on the last night of our stay in Kananaskis, and Michelle at the front desk was incredibly helpful. We arrived before the shop opened, and she patiently walked us through all our options. She even took the time to call around to other shops to find the right tire for us. Her assistance made a stressful situation much easier.
