Helped us out on our rv trip when we needed to replace two tires. We came quite late in the day but they managed to help us out by exception. Very friendly and professional people.

Very happy with my experience here. Brought in my car for excessive shaking on the highway and listed a bunch of things I thought it could’ve been bearings, suspension, etc.. Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem quickly, it was just ice and snow accumulation which I truthfully didn’t think of, they told me how to take care of it on my own in the future if it happens again. Was only charged for an alignment which I requested. Definitely saved me the headache and money of bringing it into a less than honest repair shop.  Would absolutely recommend.

While travelling, a warning light came on so we stopped at OK tire in Canmore. They checked our tires right away and reassured us everything was fine and they they did it at no charge. Such awesome, kind, people who really care about helping out. We were so grateful for their honesty and quick service. Highly recommend this location.

We were seeing oil drips after an oil change at home before our trip. When we checked in with the people at OK Tire, they said we could come back later in the afternoon and they might be able to do something for us. We showed up at 4:15 and they were able to accommodate us an extremely competent technician and supervisor had a quick look under the car tightened a loose oil drain plug and solve the problem. They didn’t even charge us!! We highly recommend this excellent team in canmore.

Came in today for my annual summer to winter swap at 8am today.  They were super busy and they had a lot booked from yesterday . Told me I would have to leave my car for the day and it would be ready by the end of the day today. And they delivered. Lauren and Michelle at the front were so lovely.  For a busy time of year for them they were truly wonderful to deal with.  Thank you ok tire.  Looking forward to the winter to summer swap.
