Although we did not purchase a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep we are very happy with the service we received in purchasing a used Nissan from them! We didn’t feel pressured into buying a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. From the time we walked in, we were greeted with a smile, offered a coffee and or water and even though it was a busy day for them, we were assisted right away. Sales process was direct which I personally prefer. There was a misunderstanding over mats which was rectified right away. Chris H has been amazing. He’s been available to answer any questions even after we brought our truck home. We had no intentions on buying that day as there were plenty of deals in Calgary however Canmore Chrysler was quite competitive on their pricing. We are quite happy we made the decision to buy that day! Thanks again!

Heading from Calgary to Salmon Arm, we came upon a transmission temperature light before coming into Canmore. As that was not a light that has come on before, we thought it best to take it to the dealership to see what was available. When arrived I looked under the hood, and crawled under to see what size wrench I would need to check the fluid level. We were approached by a man in a suit stating that we couldn’t perform any work on the lot as they were not insured. This I understand to a certain point, however we had no tools, and we were not in a position of risk, so how by checking, or figuring out how to check the transmission fluid, were we an insurance risk? Does the grocery store manager come out to tell you that you can’t check your engine oil in the parking lot? Regardless, after the encounter, we proceeded to the service desk who weren’t able to fit us in (understandably at 230pm on a Monday) all in all didn’t feel welcome here in a time where we needed help. Luckily we were able to find another establishment that welcomed us, squeezed us in, and made us feel like valued and appreciated clients.

Every time I go in I have nothing but the best experience. Matt over is sales is fantastic , but what keeps me coming back is Yvonne over in Service. No matter what she works her magic to take care of me. Between Her, Brian in parts and my boys Max and Jake in the back, they keep me on the road.

Chris Hubbard and all the staff at Canmore Chrysler went above and beyond to help me purchase my vehicle. This is a dealership that truly cares about their customers plus the environment with the tree planting that they do for each vehicle sold. Outstanding!
