OK Tire

My mechanic called ahead to ask if they could York my tires while I was in town. Person on the phone was polite and helpful, but once we arrived we were told no way! Could have just said that on the phone rather than having me drive there to be treated badly.

Pulled up in mid afternoon without an appointment, hoping to have at least the two front tires balanced. After a short wait with coffee provided and in charge of the TV controller, the crew balanced all 4 very well and I was able to carry on the rest of the 5 hour drive in smooth comfort. Thanks

I had a tire blow out just outside of Brooks. Went to ok tire, Dwayne took care of everything for me. I had a broken window,(landed in the ditch, found out later it was a flower pot that broke through the window upon impact). Dwayne found me new tires, and a new window. I was very happy with all the help he gave me from phoning around to find the special type of window. He also cleaned all the glass. Highly recommended his ahop.

We got a flat on the number one en route to Calgary. The staff kept the shop open Late and found us a used tire to get us the rest of the way. We were in and out within fourty minutes! Excellent service!!
