Jay is down to earth, likable, knowledgeable and most importantly, trustworthy. He advised me on repairs that were needed immediately, what repairs were going to need to be done sooner rather than later as well as routine maintenance that was coming up. The work was done on time, on budget and exceeded my expectations.
