Very fast delivery..excellent service

Ordered a laminator.  Received it in 2 days - great!  Having to return the laminator and receive my refund ... we're going on 4 weeks now.  Not having a retail location to just take it back to stinks.  Choose STAPLES instead.

Stay away from these guys. I ordered a chair and after a month I found out that they are out of stock and I have to wait for around 3 months to get the chair. They even didn't contact me and I had to talk to couple of their customer support to figure that out. I hope they refund my money soon. They are not trust-able really.

They are more horrible and incompetent than you can imagine.
