Copymate Business Machines

Our experience is exactly the same as the comment below. We have a lease on a machine at our small, independently owned business site. When our copier, scanner, printer is down, we are down. We entered into a lease on a professional machine so as to be treated professionally when we have a problem. Paul, Copymate owner, is rude, ignorant and unprofessional at all levels. Our machine has been giving us issue for over a week now, and has been down, going on it's third day. His reply, after hanging up the phone on us multiple times yesterday is - "you have to take it up with Xerox. This is not my issue nor my problem, but if you want us to come out and fix it, we will charge you separately, over and above your contract". I strongly recommend you seek out alternatives, we are receiving nothing but grief with Copymate. We are still down this morning.

Paul runs a first class service right starting with finding the best solution to installation and ongoing support. We continue to seek his counsel and service whenever upgrading or new business machines are needed for our medical clinic.

I would encourage anyone looking to purchase or lease a printer to look elsewhere. After signing our 5 year contract, "the owner" advised us that we were no longer his problem and it's a Xerox's issue. He was disrespectful, unprofessional and the last call ended with "the owner" using profanities and hanging up. If your looking for customer service, this is not the place.

Paul and crew are a real treat to deal with. Rare to find in an era where effective, prompt, and friendly service are completely devoid. Highly recommended for all of your business machine needs!

Copymate has professional and friendly staff, who always do their best to assist you. Dean and Joel are very knowledgeable in the technology department, and Paul is a great manager. I highly recommend this local business.

There is no after service after you spend 4000.00 on a machine all they want to do is charge you for there after service . very poor business ethics.
