Odenza Vacations

Booked a vacation package with Odenza with a gift voucher we received. It was nice to be assigned a personal agent so could always go back to the same contact. She was very helpful at finding us the vacation destination that were looking for and gave lots of options as requested. Would be a pleasure to deal with them again!

We recently won a "free" trip through to Las Vegas through a Ford dealership via Odenza. The trip was not free at all. We had to pay certain fees and were limited as to where we could fly out of. On the good side, the travel agent who we dealt with (Ramun) was amazing! Her customer service was top of the line and we will absolutely be using her for further trips!

Ana was amazing! Great customer service and prompt contact. She seemed to genuinely care about mine and my husbands travel plans and made sure we had everything we needed! If there was a question, she cleared it up thoroughly and with detail :) She even seemed to get us a bigger discount then we initially discussed! I would definitely recommend Odenza Vacations and especially Ana Vasquez for travel arrangements!

Ana Vazquez was our travel agent, and she was wonderful! She was always available when we had questions, and was extremely patient with us. We had to change our travel dates after everything had already been booked and set, due to a medical issue, and Ana was willing and able to help us! I highly recommend Odenza Vacations, and Ana Vazquez!

Great services, wasn't disappointed. Wendy made our booking experience very easy. She took the time to give us options that met our needs. We can't wait to enjoy our Honeymoon!
