Story

Welcome to the Ocean community! We are so glad you have joined us and look forward to strengthening our network.

We are a fully integrated multidisciplinary health care clinic conveniently located in the heart of the North Shore community close to buses, parking and public amenities.

We offer a wide range of professional services and healing modalities to address health concerns and preventative care:

If you have back, neck, shoulder, joint or extremity pain we would love to work with you. Likewise, if you or anyone you know is looking for pre and post natal care we are the place for you! Many of our therapists devote much of their practice to pre/post natal treatments, whether it be via massage therapy, acupuncture or TCM.

For athletes we treat everyone from the weekend warrior to serious ironman triathletes. Injury rehabilitation, strengthening, stretching, neuromuscular techniques and more will help you get back on your feet and performing at your best.
