My first true professional massage. I was impressed with the results, as the professionalism, and covid protocol that they had in place. Highly recommend for anyone suffering from tense muscles or aches. Not sure if I should name any names here, but "R" my male RMT was incredible and really worked out the kinks.

I had a therapy massage because I was facing some pain and shoulder pain. The massage was really good, and I felt relieved from the pain. The receptionists were very polite and thoughtful. In general, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely return for more!

Dr Ryan has been fantastic with my chronic shoulder and back issues. I have been to many chiropractors but Dr Ryan's approach is very different. It is tailored to you and there is more time spent on understanding underlying issues. He does not just do an adjustment rather spends at least 20 minutes on muscles as well. Highly recommend.
