Very friendly and understanding staff, both the reception and the dentists. There were some scheduling issues and miscommunications booking a follow-up appointment, to which I was upset by, however their response was nothing like I’ve experienced before. The people who work there truly care about you, and the offering of apology was extremely generous and genuine! Would definitely recommend as they not only follow up with complaints but are sincere about the situation as well

I've been a patient here for over 25 years and have been incredibly happy with the service they provide every single time. Dr Pidzarko has been my dentist for as long as I've been with Ocean Dental, though I did also see Dr Beckie for a check-up once, many years ago. The hygiene team is also wonderful! They know that I struggle with a bad gag reflex, and they've been creative in finding ways to help mitigate that during cleanings and other procedures. This team has performed 4 wisdom teeth removals, a small handful of fillings, and over 50 cleanings. As much as I hate going to the dentist (I'm sure we all do!), I'm always comfortable knowing that the Ocean Dental team will do a wonderful job.

This dental office goes way beyond the call of duty. Their staff members are so understanding & warm. They make it a pleasant experience. I will not be going elsewhere

Had another pleasant visit to Ocean Dental this morning, everyone was caring, friendly, courteous, efficient, and very helpful as always, felt like I was visiting friends rather than having the apprehension of having to go through painful procedures. Been taken care of by Doctor Pidzarko, D.D.S. for well over then years now, am extremely happy with his professional ability and service, I have gone through two implants and other procedures and throughout he was very patient and caring , everything was explained to me clearly so I knew what I would have to go through and why. He never "pressured " me into anything, situations were professionally analyzed for me to make informed decisions. I am very happy to have Ocean Dental taking care of my dental health.

I went for my regular cleaning appointment,. the service was professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. I felt well looked after and that I can trust the care of my oral health to Ocean Dental. Thanks
