I have spent over 30 hours here throughout 2022. This is an amazing sim in Vaughan. It has a very clean and classy feel as soon as you enter the facility. The two private rooms are very spacious and very comfortable for 4 people. Each room offers a touch screen monitor with a keyboard/mouse to control the simulator and another large screen tv to put the game or the Good Good YouTube guys on in the background. The online booking, automated checkin at the door, customer service responsiveness from the owner, and simulator experience have been top notch. The Uneekor tech is fantastic and can definitely hold its own against all the other options like Trackman or Foresight… I also appreciate the audio cue to let you know that the monitor is detecting the ball and club before you swing. Paired with GSPro or E6 for plenty of on course and practice options. The mats may be showing some wear at the moment, as mentioned in a previous review, but I have been assured that they are working on replacing those ASAP and maintained on a regular basis going forward. I plan to continue visiting Obraleigh as my primary sim destination to tune up the swing and get primed for the outdoor season to begin!
My go to simulator. Private rooms to yourself is great, clean always, vibes are on point and they host scramble tournaments through the winter which are a ton of fun. Owner is friendly and a good host I am happy to give obraleigh my business.
Pretty good set up, easy to book slots. The hitting mats need to be changed on a more regular basis. The mat in our room was well worn out and, indented over an inch below the rest of the hitting area. You cannot move the ball to another spot because the sensors won't pick up your strike. Otherwise a good little spot to fine-tune your game in the off season, or anytime for that matter.
Booked both rooms for a birthday event here and the owner was so friendly, easy to communicate with, and accommodating. Super easy process and everyone had an amazing time. Place is clean and rooms are nice. Would definitely come here or hold another event here in the future!

Hitting mats are the most beat up I’ve seen. Balls constantly get stuck at the bottom of the impact screen. Not worth going here, there is plenty of better simulators in the area for the same price.
This simulator is perfect for golfers of all skill levels. Really happy that this place opened up, probably one of the more accurate simulator facilities that I’ve been to since the pandemic started. Obraleigh offers directs swing feedback on their 2 large bays.. You can swing freely without worrying about hitting anything. Obraleigh even has camera feedback on ball contact. You can tell that this place was thoughtfully designed by someone who loves golf. The booking process was painless, entry is even easier. The beauty is that it’s 24 hours, 7 days a week. Great place to work on your game. Will be back during the off-season to get me closer to 80!
Came here as a beginner for a work event. It’s a very nice establishment, classy and cozy. You get a private room with your friends with some nice beach style chairs to sit back and coast your drink on. While watching your friends take a swing off course. Pun intended. Prices are fair because you can split with friends. The system they have is very accurate and well done. The room is perfectly lit with a big screen. The painting and decor looks like you’re on an actual golf course. There’s a tv inside as well. Booking was easy. They were playing Baywatch on the screen but we were having too much fun to change the channel. Highly recommended!
Went twice this week for an hour each time. Great setup! only tried the practice mode both times but will try a course next time. A+++++
Obraleigh is a great facility with top notch equipment. Extremely spacious and clean. Booking and access was easy. The E6 Uneekor system allowed me to collect and analyze my swing data club/ball speed, club path, launch angle, etc. There’s even a slo mo replay of your club on impact. There were also a wide range of courses and games to choose from. Highly recommend for golfers of all skill levels.
