So far, so good. While it seems like there are mixed reviews here on Google, I have had a good experiences with Oakville United Taxi. I use the app to book trips/rides to the airport and drivers have been prompt and courteous. I’ve used Uber and Lyft for the same. Uber is not reliable enough for me in Oakville. Lyft is good when they are available. I’d rather support local businesses if they stay relevant and provide great services or products. The Oakville United Taxi app is easy to use and you can always call the dispatchers if there is an issue. You don’t get any help with Uber. Lyft on the other hand has good customer service. So, I recommend Oakville United Taxi for pre-booked trips/rides to the airport. For everything else, I’d say it’s fair to say to each his own.

Terrible service... i was taking a cab, i am disabiled and sadly I forgot my phone . The company couldnt get a hold of the driver for 2days, they were very rude, i never recoverd my expensisve cell phone . SAD .

Thank you Oakville United Taxi! We had pre-booked a van with a different taxi company to take us to the airport for our very early 3:00am pick up. They never showed! Panicked, I called Oakville United and they arrived within 8 minutes...they were friendly, professional and a lifesaver!

Do NOT use Oakville United Taxi if you have a schedule! They did not show up at 3:30 AM for a trip to Pearson, despite reserving 6 hours in advance. I am not sure if they would have showed up had I not called the dispatcher at 3:40 AM, when they were already late. The taxi arrived at 4:00 AM as the dispatcher explained that "no vehicles are available for you until then"!!! At the time I made the reservation, they had confirmed availability.
