Reserved vehicle for family ride to airport, and then confirmed 1 day before. Day of trip: No taxi. Dispatcher placed me on hold forever, had to call back and I was told, "they're doing a pickup at the airport." No offers of help or support, almost missed our flight. Wonder why people are going with alternative transportation? Never. Again.

Called Halton taxi 2 weeks before my trip. Called the night before and they were confused. But assured me it would be there in the morning..Well, that morning they didnt show for the time booked. Called them, the dispatcher and manager were very, very rude to us. The manager does not tell the truth..same with dispatcher...We were told 'too bad'... What a way to run a business... I will never use this taxi service again... its uber from now on..

No call to confirm they were there to pick me up, no estimated time of arrival. The driver thought it was funny to tell us every racist, sexist, inappropriate joke he knew. Thanks for reminding me to uber.

Zero Stars. Taxi driver 135 took advantage of my immigrant girlfriend from south korea who didn't know any better and was her first time using this service and didn't know what a typical fare should be. It was supose to be 10 dollars which it said on the meter but she didn't understand that that is what it meant, and the driver demanded her 27 dollars cash 3 times so freightned at this point she paid. when she told me about what happened i called the opertions center and they said " why would she give him the money?" meanwhile she is new alone and young female and the man driver was demanding. How ignorant of them. And say their is nothing they can do about it. Any way i think you should be careful using this crooked cab company or at least taxi 135 giving them a bad reputation
