Oaks Inn

I was there this past Saturday sitting at the bar area for dinner. I very intoxicated make sat next to me after I sat. He was welcomed and set up immediately - a local drunk. He was greeted by a drunk couple. The woman took his chair and faced me the entire time - loudly talking to the 2 makes as they stood. Needless to say it was pretty much like having a loud speaker in my ear. After my meal arrived - a party to the left off in a booth apparently bought the drunks more drinks - how lucky for me. Now this amazing drunk woman that bycycles some 43 miles that day ( heard her whole story ) Then starts literally screaming over my dinner plate thanking the woman sitting down across the far corner. Again all this DIRECTLY over my dinner plate. If that wasn't enough the Veal France' was cooked in old rancid oil - tasted burnt on the outside and yep - the veal wasn't thoroughly cooked on the inside - nice and bloody. The service was sweet and sincere. I gagged on the raw food. People --- it's not a bits club. It's not funny entertaining your drunk customers. The food needs a long ways to go to catch up with emerging restaurants. Your lucky people think it's so good - it's really in need of an overhaul and the boysclub girls club entitlement attitude for select customers isn't good business.

We had reservations, and we're seated after folks who arrived after us. We sat at the table for 25 minutes without service. We left informing the hostess, and she meekly made an apology as we walked out. We are at Dell'Arco.....and have been here before, and enjoy it

My absolute favorite place to dine. They get the whole dining experience right; from cocktails through desert. Ambiance and service is el perfecto. 5 star.

Been coming here for 3 years and to food is excellent. Just as good as any nyc top Italian restaurant.

Made a reservation for my mother in law's Bday weeks ago...get there at 7pm...on a Sunday...ordered $60 worth of drinks then the waiter tells me they are out of every steak entrée they have on the menu. Might want a heads up at the hostess station if the items you are most known for are out prior to people committing to a dinner!!
