Never answer the phone, they don’t help you, they keep redirecting you to other people who tell you to go to someone els, absolutely terrible service

I called the financial aid office and the person there was extremely helpful and walked me through everything what I needed to do. Not sure why all the negative feedback. Perhaps I got the right person at the right time. lol

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Awful people, it feels they go out of their way to make things more difficult for students. Every person I have dealt with in that office is horribly incompetent and non helpful
