The Council Bluffs location is packed with an amazing team!nnPhil, in lending, will go above and beyond for your family, and we owe him so much as he navigated my husband and I through the entire mortgage process for six months.nnStephanie is as amazing as she is responsive. Anytime I have a financial question, she gets back to me immediately. She is also so friendly! She did a thorough job opening a business account for my husband and I and made it a very simple process.nnI had the pleasure of meeting Ashley, who was so friendly and sweet and I had such a pleasure speaking to her while signing our documents for one of our accounts.nnThis is more than a bank, this place treats you like family and I am so grateful to have Midstates Bank in our community!!

The front line personnel at the Council Bluffs location always greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to help with any questions or issues. I actually enjoy going into the bank to see them and to be recognized by my first name. They are the main reason we have remained customers for over 20 years.
