I have NO need for the police, ever. I'm the man of my household and believe in the second amendment. Think about it, they tell so many lies about why they pulled you over, getting information just to make a arrest ex. Talking to minors without parental consent. And overall just, plain and simple, when have they actually helped you? Also, my Township taxes to them are the highest amount , not just one line item, but two separate deductions. I guess that is why they are uneducated and at the bottom of the legal system. It's all about money and lies imo.
Police officers get a bad rep these days but I have to say that I've had quite the opposite experience. A Oakland county sheriff which I do not know now her name was patrolling my neighborhood or trailer park springrove. On 8-3-18 stopped in front of our home because it seemed one of our children were going to cross the street on his bike. I was tending the grill and seen the officer ...thinking what's going on I approached her and she told me that she was just going to make sure our child got across the street safely. WOW serve and protect what an amazing example. I do not believe in alot of what the world expresses but I believe in a supportive community and a African American officer ensuring a white child crosses a street safely. Not to make this a race positive or negative just a officer doing what is right to help others in a community. Wish I knew her name to report a positive interaction with the Oakland county sheriff'. None the less thank you!!!
Called about a tree that came down across Hummer lake road. They were super nice and responded very quickly. Brandon fire department and a officer showed up and took care of the problem super fast. Thank you.
