Friendly property managers, no cash, check, money order or online payment, drop box at the office for lot rent, wheelchair accessible but no automatic door, property maintenance for below ground, above ground your responsibility, park kept clean, mail boxes at front entrance off to the side, people pretty much keep to themselves, quiet for the most part although I have had my car vandalized, children not very noisy they run and play like most children do they will leave their toys in your yard, pet friendly with pound limit and deposit for pet. Occasionally you see deers and rabbits, dogs sometimes run loose but mostly stay where they live and cats outside also. On an occasion you have animal poop in your yard.

Great place to live office can be strict but I do believe its for everybody's best interest
