My truck got stuck in dock 12, so I went inside to ask for help. The guy at shipping and receiving office was very rude didn’t help me at all, I asked them if they have salt bag but he denied and was laughing at my situation.
Pathectic attempt at packaging. What do you think happens when you stack fresh pasta sheets together without any seperators? Every sheet was stuck and torn beyond salvage. Save your money and purchase from a company that cares about what they are selling to consumers.
Ive been loyal for 15 years. This last batch « Covid Time » is terrible. They cut out the meat by much. All I taste is noodle with a hint of maybe meat. Shame on you…..
I bought the frozen meat ravioli meal for one as I have done throughout the last few years for my lunch. It was 1/4 filled and I have 4 raviolis in total, only 1 is complete the rest is pieces totaling max 3 raviolis together. It used to be 340g now it's been reduced to 275g and today I got barely 100g. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. This is not a lunch, complete waste of money. Never again.
I purchased the family pack lasagna pasta sheets today and made lasagna. Good pasta, but if you want a happier customer, I would suggest that parchment sheets be put between the pasta sheets, as I literally had to tear them apart. I used what I needed and threw out the rest as it's not worth the effort with torn and ripped sheets that were basically glued together.
