Had a lovely experience here. The café is small but lively. The service is quick and curtious. The chai latté is delicious. All the dishes my family had were great. I personally had the braised bacon and eggs. It came with a huge piece of bacon that melts in your mouth. This place is well worth a detour. Great experience!
Awesome micro roaster and brunch spot! Coffee is amazing and food is filling, service was a bit slow, but upbeat. We enjoyed sipping on our coffees while waiting for our food. Menu options for all appetites and diets too, we ordered a beetroot salad and a porc coco plate, which were both deceptively hearty and super filling.nnThey are also good with allergens, intolerancs and have gluten-free bread available.
Absolutely amazing! Best Brunch I've ever had in Quebec truely. You must stop here if you are in the area you will not be disappointed. The servings are very generous and the prices are reasonable. Everything came quickly and it was delicious nnStaff was very friendly and approachable. Very fun experience. We will be coming back even though it is very out of our way
I honestly love everything about this coffee shop - the vibe, the food is amazing, the coffee is fantastic, and I really appreciate that they roast it on the spot. But the last few times I'ven- been there, I was absolutely freezing. My feet were frozen, I had to sit in my jacket while eating, and the same happened to my friend - her baby was totally cold and of course he didn't want to stay zipped up in a jacket the whole time.nWe ended up leaving earlier than we wanted because he was just too cold and uncomfortable.nWhen we looked around, we realized pretty much everyone inside was sitting in their coats.nWhen we approached an employee and mentioned how cold it was, we were told that the building is very old and that the best way to fix the situation would be to talk to the owner directlynI'm sharing this not to complain for the sake of complaining, but because I really love this place and want to keep coming - it would be amazing if they could make it even a little warmer inside so guests especially kids and babies can actually relax and enjoy their food and coffee without shivering in their jackets.
One of the best coffees I ever had - when it comes to the food, it wasn’t really my taste what can be entirely on me, since I could have chosen something different. I thought the white chocolate ganache was going to be sweet enough to balance the citrus and “sour” from the yogurt and fruits but it wasn’t the case, to me it just tasted really sour. My suggestion would be to adjust the menu so the customer knows which fruits are part of the dish, or at least train the waitress to inform us - I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew that blood oranges were part of the recipe.
