Open when others are closed, and they have always been very helpful! The young man helped me replace radiator hoses in the parking lot! Wow! and they have a great selection of parts!

This was my first time and will be my last time In this store! The staff was very rude and not willing to help at all. The only exception being a young man( the youngest of the bunch) who was willing to help as much as he was able to but the other four that were standing around were very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to have to wait on customers

Horrible establishment, staff is mostly unhelpful, unknowledgeable and will flat out lie about inventory. As other reviewers have said, they have a couple good employees but that's not enough to make up for the rest.

I walked in today and asked for help with buying a headlight replacement for my Jeep. I was the only person in the store. The older gentleman was not willing to help me at all, and was incredibly rude. Will never be going back here. Ended up going to Auto Value across the street and they were so kind and willing to help me.
