Kmart

I was disappointed by this Kmart the other day. The man running the cashier was very rude and condescending to my grandmother. Seriously lacking basic customer service skills.

I go to this Kmart frequently. I recently made a big purchase at this store. The following day I looked at my bank account and Kmart charged me 8 times for the item. I tried to get some help at the store and they sent me away and told me to take it up with my bank. Thank God my bank credited my account for 6 of the charges. I had to wait 3 weeks before Kmart returned the other two charges. Very disappointed!

It's an older Kmart. I'm not a fan of any Kmart. Update 1 year later: This location is still open but continues to deteriorate and the selection keeps getting worse. I'm surprised this location keeps surviving the closures. Nothing has been updated in YEARS at this store. I really wish the rich and ignorant people who controlled Charlevoix at the time Wal-Mart tried to build in Charlevoix hadn't kept them and all the jobs/insurance out. What are we going to have after Kmart closes.?.?.? NOTHING!! No discount department store that the majority of working people depend on for daily needs. Went from 3 down to 2 stars
