A worker stayed open late so an out of state couple could use their tools and get their car fixed! Very awesome!

Claim to match other store's prices. In reality they find a way no matter what one does to deny a price match. Asst. Manager had to get on the phone with district manager to find out how to deny matching price. When he came back on the phone ASST. manager said, "local store if the store was within driving distance." Then when called back with local store price Warren said, "Carquest is not not a local store." Well Carquest is 18.2 miles from my home and O'Reilly's is 42 miles away. Most people would say there is no value in something you cannot collect on. Everybody knows matching prices keeps customers local. Everybody knows false advertising is a lie. Most people won't do business with people they don't trust.

Staff was willing to do whatever they needed to to help a person. Almost never had to wait for parts
