I went to every auto parts store in Kalkaska today. O'Reilly had, by far,  the best customer service. Daryl went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. They didn't have the part I needed (nobody did) but he found a way to get me out of there with the parts that would work just as well.

Stood in line for over 5 minutes behind one poor customer that must have had a botched order or something. Two clerks were working with one computer to solve his issues but I was not acknowledged. Seems like one of the clerks could have helped me while the other help him. I got impatient and went to AutoZone for the radiator hose clamps and antifreeze I needed. Was in an out in about 3 minutes. When I drove past O'Reilly's on the way back I saw that customer coming out of the door. I probably still would be waiting there
