Bargains Galore Dollar Store

I went in to look for glue because my shoe strap came undone. The lady was very helpful by showing me where the best glue for my shoe would be and she even fired up her hot glue gun to help me on site until I could get home to fix it myself. I very much appreciated the service. You just dont get that anymore! They have a lot more than I thought they did at some great prices and I will be shopping here again! Thank you so much for your help and the shoe is still holding strong! ;-)

The man working never looked up from his computer screen that he was watching what I assumed was a horror show on. Messy, dirty, prices didn't seem that great, no thank you.

It's like your old fashion Family Dollar combined with a Consignment store. I've been visiting this place for many years now and watched as it evolved from a Dollar Store into mostly a consignment store. Their inventory rotation is slow to average. They carry a wide variety of tools, electronics, games, housewares, guns, clothing, etc. Prices used to be good to average; but in the past year or two have been average to high. The owners are very religious nice people and care about the community as much as any business person can. Overall, it's worth an occasional look but I haven’t found hardly anything I’ve needed here for close to a year now.

They are open from 9-5 but stop buying at 4 even though this is not posted anywhere in their store. The male that runs the store is very short with customers. He interrupts them a lot and does not let them talk, until he needs information. To price your items he will go onto E-Bay type in your item and look for the absolute cheapest one and base your price 10 dollars under what he finds. He does not do research on your item to see if there is anything unique about it. He just compares to what he thinks is close. I had a horrible experience with this store, and the man who runs it. He looks for people who are hurting for money, forcing them to sell their items dirt cheap when they are worth far more. He is in this business to make money, and doesn't care if he uses or hurts people along the way. I do not recommend this business, nor will I ever be going back. Perhaps if the gentleman cleaned up his manners, stopped interrupting people, and stopped taking advantage of people for their items, I would go back. But as it stands I will never being going back.
