O'Hare International Airport

Huge airport with a lot of international travelers. Great combination of food options and a good number of shopping options. Reasonable amount of time for immigration process. Quick and great service by American Airlines in checking-in baggage for domestic transfer. Maintenance and customer service can be made a bit better considering it is one of the busiest airports in USA. Basic wifi for a shorter period is available for free. Directions are a bit okay, but can be made much better (not everyone can understand the routes easily).

Most employees are very nice! Bathrooms are very clean and the food selection was amazing! The TSA lines were long but quick which I like because it’s Chicago! Although at gate K18, there’s no ceiling tiles which distracted me. This is probably the best airport I’ve ever been to!

This place in one word is busy. However it is laid out pretty well and the parking for only $10 is not a bad deal at all considering it is Chicago after all. I would give it five stars if not for the staff two times assuming what we needed and attempting to direct us, the wrong way without asking what we needed and where we were going.

Very busy and crowded. Somewhat easy to navigate. The exits on the highway getting here are confusing as hell. Lots of food courts and shops tho, and places to snooze. TSA went smooth even though I got felt up. Parking is horrifying being dropped off. Don't get run over!

Great airport. TSA is usually rude and act like they are above all, but otherwise the remodeling looks good. Parking lot G is listed online for $10/day, however can not find the lot whenever I go there it definitely does not have a sign on the road for it (where it says it is on the website). Non existent lot, probably. They definitely need way more parking spots, the lot was so over booked that people were just parking everywhere.
