Chicago Midway International Airport

This is a very nice airport. Bathrooms and gates are kept clean. You have charging stations, outlets. The only thing that really annoys me is the new food selections. A lot of the old Family Friendly restaurants are gone, now. The Food options for kids is very limited. There are still good food places, though it's better for Adults. Parents, should pack food for the kids or eat before you come to the airport.

Great to fly but the food options have gone WAY downhill. They had decent food before and basically threw that away for terrible options. Wonder who's pocket is getting greased on that change. The new establishments don't appear to be doing that well either. Eat at home.

I am highly upset beyond measures. The outside directing traffic customer service rep along with the city of Chicago Tow company is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my years of coming to Chicago Midway International Airport. Not only did you stop me while I was in motion to get to my location but you threatened to tow my car! Here you have cabs other vehicles just sitting and you choose to interact with me in a horrible manner. Not only that the lady directing traffic just automatically assumed my mother was VERY well capable of walking from where he stopped us.That was the icing on the cake! Who are you to tell my mom she can walk ; excuse me she uses a cane! How dare you?! It was so much going on that I didn’t have the opportunity to give my mom a hug and kiss like normally when she or I leave town. It’s so much going on that that right there has tears on my eyes because you may never know what may happen. It’s very upsetting.

nicely maintained airport. Really clean and good staff. easy access and navigation. Sometimes long lines which irritates and definitely food court gone below par.

NEED A QUALITY REVIEW? I'm a pilot for a commercial airline and I purposefully take the Mid-way route because Midway has the best Airport bars in the upper-midwest! Theres no airport bar scene like it within a 1000 mile radius. Cheap rail drinks, two for one specials, and no one drink limit. Everything a commercial pilot needs...
