I had such a difficult case in family court, and it was really tough for me to go through this process. Kelly Mikullitiz and tanya, were both so amazing, so helpful, and comforting during this difficult time. It was so nice having a team that truly cares and puts everything into their work. We got a great outcome and I would highly recommend them and their practice!

I was in a major car accident 5 years ago.  I was rear ended while stopped by a girl who was speeding and texting. I had significant injuries, and all were not apparent right away.  I naively thought I would not need a lawyer since the girl who hit me was fully at fault and was ticketed.  In wrongly assumed that my insurance company would take care of everything. Boy was I wrong.  Thankfully very early on, during my concision haze, a trusted friend implored me to get a lawyer, which I reluctantly did.  Long story short, thank Goodness I did.  My case was ultimately assigned to Pam Nichols. She  was truly professional, but also very warm and easy to talk to. She fought for me and dealt with this awful insurance company for 5 years. She never gave up, she always advocated for me and always encouraged and supported me with my care and treatment. She believed in me and knew that I was always honest and forthcoming.  She was always honest with me and told it like it is which I very much appreciated. There were times when I was tempted to just give up and let them win but she repeatedly encouraged and supported me to continue to move forward to get what I was entitled to.  She thought for me to get necessary medical treatment when the insurance company kept trying to deny my claim that were very clearly a result of the accident.She answered every call, every email,  every text in a timely manner and always took as much time as I needed to talk to me. I don’t know of any attorneys who are quite like her and go so above and beyond. I am so incredibly grateful to her and the firm:  I could not have been happier with the outcome and cannot recommend Pam Nichols enough.

Steve Coffey is a lawyer's lawyer.  He brings into the courtroom absolutely amazing trial skills and will fight to the bitter end to get you everything you deserve. He will fight for you and give you his all.  He is easily one of the best trial attorneys in the country, right here in our own backyard.

Jami and Kelly are absolutely the best team! I have been lucky enough to use them for residential and commercial property deals and have been more than happy every time. They are very knowledgeable and make you feel totally comfortable, like you are their only client. I had tons of questions and they both were right on the ball helping me out at every turn. Jami actually answered questions via email before I was technically even her client which tells me that she truly loves what she does and her main goal is to help people, which is not always easy to find these days. I plan on using them in future property deals.

My son unfortunately contracted lead poisoning from a home we lived in that we thought was safe. When we got the diagnosis, I didn't know where to turn. The team at O'Connell and Aronowitz and Kelly, his personal lawyer fought hard and produced quick results for my son's pain and suffering. They are warm, genuine people who truly care about the well being of families who have to experience such a gloom prognosis. I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for their passion and hard work!! We still have contact and they check up on us once in a while just to make sure we are doing ok.
