I spent the winter and spring living in one of the log cabins on the lake, it was amazing! Denis and Julie were very helpful and accommodating and I would recommend a stay here to anyone and everyone. I woke up every morning with a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding area, it was magical! The cabins are comfortable and modern with everything you need at your fingertips. There is plenty of privacy and the cabin is a stones throw away from the lake. If you are looking for a cozy getaway, this is your place - the town, the lake, and your hosts will make this a place you’ll want to come back to again and again
Had an amazing stay here June 2022 from UK for 10 nights, Cabin was spotless and really comfortable, Dennis and Julie are perfect hosts who work constantly to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Area is so beautiful and peaceful, will definately try to go again soon
We just spent a couple of nights at O'Brien's cabins, after not having had any time off in a while, and not having been able to travel due to covid restrictions. It was supposed to be a time to relax and unwind. While the cabin was beautiful and the surroundings inviting, the bed and mattress were absolutely terrible. We were planning on spending 3, possibly 4 nights, but had to cut it short after not having slept 2 nights in a row. You can feel every single spring in that mattress. We left the place exhausted and sleep deprived. Unfortunately the owners weren't accommodating in the matter.
Total paradise. Wife and I truly loved it and we will be back. Views are exceptional and just a perfect little cabin to stay in.
A wonderful little break in the most serene little log cabin. Nakusp is a hidden gem. Absolutely beautiful
The most amazing place to visit. Cabins were spectacular with a great view of the lake. The owners Dennis and Julie where fantastic, gave us many ideas of places to visit. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you for an awesome time.
Absolutely incredible, one of the best stays I've had across all of BC. Dennis is extremely accomodating and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and more. The swimming and boat access is great, I spent most of my stay on the dock fishing and enjoying the sun. I would recommend this spot to anyone, I will be back again, thats a guarantee
