I went to dinner with my wife. She asked if she could order a side of rice. The waitress did not have any issue with the request.  Once we received out bill we were charged $25.00 for an entree which went along with the rice. We did not receive the entree. 

Our waitress was very apologetic but the owner and management would not charge for just a side of rice. 

Poor.

I had the Thai coconut shrimp with noodles. It was okay. The service was just a little awkward. The server used 'we' when asking if our table was ready to order. 'Are we ready to order?' She seemed to have a back in arriving at our table just in time to interrupt my stories. One person in our party was a regular and reminded our server to ask the chef not to over-cook the salmon--again. The food here was just okay. Free parking in the back is convenient. The place is really big--I saw a big table of 12 having a good time. My husband's beer was served warm. His burger was just okay.

The only thing negative I can say is this place is it's pretty pricey, but unlike other "upscale" places I've eaten at where I typically feel disappointed by what I get for how much I spent, the Number 4 felt about right.  The cocktail menu is fantastic, but again, quite pricey.  I'll come back again if I ever have a Benjamin burning a hole in my pocket. Reservations are prudent on event nights at the Verizon Center.

Food was very good, staff was very friendly, and great atmosphere! Manager/host with a shaved head (sorry didn't get his name) did a fantastic job despite a very, very busy night!

Had a wonderful dinner. The food was top notch. Lots of drinks to try.  Try the table guacamole. Very tasty.
