We needed a technician out to the house asap to look at our furnace and they were able to get us in that day. Matt L was very polite, thorough in his explanation of the furnace and any issues he saw happening. Matt explained our options and what we could for a reasonable price. Overall customer service was great. This is the third time we have had Air Mechanical, Inc. out to the office and will always call them.

We were very pleased to have Brad H coming to our home and share with us everything he knew about furnaces inside our specific house. Not only did he do that but he made it feel like he wasn't selling us something. It was very relaxed with no pressure. He was very knowledgeable and very willing to be flexible with us. Nick and Greg installed our furnace and they were very helpful as well in describing everything we need to know about it including the new and amazing thermostat we got! Since we had our furnace and our humidifier installed we can say that our heat in our home is obviously much more reliable but much more even as well. Our 70s home does not have heating ducts in the upstairs so previously it was at least 8 degrees cooler upstairs and now since the install, we can feel it much warmer in the upstairs. Success all around! Thank you Air Mechanical!

Last week Mark came over to give me an estimate for installing a new toilet in my master bathroom. While he was here he added salt and rez-up to my AM water softener, and face-timed one of his co-workers (also a nice and smart guy) to help me get my "My Evolution" working properly, thus saving me the cost of another service call. So yesterday Mark came over to install the new toilet and was, as always, on time. The courier service delivered the wrong toilet through no fault of his own. I know Mark was frustrated but remained calm and just rearranged his schedule but then had to do extra driving in the bad weather. Not only did he install my brand spanking new exciting toilet but he installed a new faucet in my laundry room (which I sprung on him). He just happened to have the right product, etc. in his truck. Anyway, I can't say enough about Mark. He is honest, funny, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and gives me the best prices. He's neat and always wears those booties and cleans up his messes. I request Mark for all my plumbing needs. Mark is an asset to your company. Thank you and keep up the good work! Kristi M.

Antoine was wonderful! He was extremely professional and was good at explaining the service he did and what was recommended for maintenance. I also found him to be extremely polite, considerate, and friendly. Generally, my experience with Air Mechanical has been top-notch and I highly recommend them for service. 12/27/17: Mike S. was recently out and provided high quality service during a furnace tune-up. He was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what he was doing and provided me with some helpful tips.

This company is ripping people off. And I just found out that they somehow manipulate with the Google review system by hiding the negative reviews. I called this company to fix three issues at my house with HVAC system. The company only fixed two of them and left the work. The issue continued and the company said they've never received the complaint of first issue. They, however, had NO evidence. They would come to fix part of your problems and wait for you to call them again before quoting you another crazy bill. Irresponsible, sneaky company. Don't choose them.
