Very fast and efficient great service and John is an all-around nice guy
We were on a family trip in ATL and windshield cracked. We were far from home ON and I called Honda Charlottetown. They referred me to Novus Glass. I called and I got John the owner. I can tell you that I got the best customer service. I told John that I will be in Charlottetown in 2 days and ask if he can do the glass replacement. John was able to source the replacement windshield and schedule me first thing in the morning. He shared his personal cell phone number with me shared updates as he was getting the replacement windshield and discussing with the insurance. On the day of the service John and his team did the work very professionally and on time by 10am and I was able to continue my vacation trip with my family. Thank you John and Novus team for the great service. It was my pleasure working with you.
Replaced my windshield and wipers on one vehicle and repaired a stone chip on the windshield of my other vehicle. They were very responsive and I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. They are also open Saturdays which is nice.
My wife's windshield developed a crack after being struck by a rock and obviously had to be replaced. First call was to John at Novus late in the day on Monday. Glass was ordered Tuesday, in stock on Wednesday and installed on Thursday. Quick, efficient, accommodating and on time! Definitely recommend John/Novus.Service: Auto windshield replacement
