Only used Novex once for a local delivery and very happy with service. Arranging delivery was handled very smooth and professionally. Cost was decent. I also read on their website that Novex has transitioned much of its fleet to electric vehicles. Kudos for that :
Never had a bad delivery experience!
We have a scheduled pick up twice a week. Always on time. Reasonable rates and friendly service.
Not sure what their services are like, however the man driving the company car plate number 823 TLX drives like an absolute maniac. Watched him blow through a stop sign off Fawcett, almost side swipe a car going on United and got to speed of almost 85 on United. If you want the community to stay safe, dont call this courier service
THE ATTITUDE IS THE WORST!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!!!! THE CALL CENTER IS SO TERRIBLE, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS!!!
