I've been so impressed with the team at Novation Credit Union! In addition to having our normal checking and savings account with Novation, we have refinanced our home and held several car loans. What I have especially appreciated in each of these transactions has been the authentic support, competitive rates and ability to move fast and be flexible. Where some banks seem to create "speed bumps", Novation removes barriers and moves quickly to support their customers. Special thanks to Tina and Shahla whom I highly recommend working with on the loan front!
I believe that this credit union only benefits certain people. They treat other groups less than fair.
I have been with Novation for over 18 years. I love them and could never see myself banking with any other bank! Always helpful and friendly!
Been a member here for 10+ years, all staff are very polite and helpful, and the location is always clean and comfortable. I see a complaint about not being able to make cash deposits, and this is not true in my experience, my family has been able to deposit money in my account when I was unable to get to the bank myself. I'd like to see a small opening on weekends, but totally understand from a staff perspective not wanting to drive in for 4 hours of work on a Saturday AM. 5 star experience in all my years here.
They utilize technology very well. The website and app were recently updated and easier than ever to navigate. Mobile check deposits and easy money transfers have made them my banking service of choice. I haven't had to step into a brick and mortar location for years. Make the drive out to one, it's worth it. Also? No bull**** fees!
Very upset not able to start an online account because it says my last 4 social numbers are wrong NO they are not!
I've been banking at Novation all my life. Service Representatives are always charasmatic, friendly and helpful. I've had two car loans from Novation that had very low interest rates and reasonable playment plans that I was able to keep up with. Banking has never been easier since they launched their mobile banking app. I can even deposite checks without ever needing to go to the bank!
Called there 24/7 phone service at 8pm, took over 45min for them to answer and all I needed was some basic information about my account. They either need more people answering their phones to make 24/7 actually work.
ATM shut down in the middle of a deposit. The deposit did not complete and the money was stuck in the machine. Member services did nothing to check the ATM so that the funds could be made available immediately. I was told there was no one available to check the ATM.
I drive over an hour from my house to get to this bank, wouldn't bank elsewhere. Amazing customer service!
